All About Me Who is the coolest 5 th Grader at Saticoy school? Well, it is not me. I am Carlos Just, a fifth grader at Saticoy School. My room number is 2, and my teachers names are Mrs. Geib and Mr. Wulff. I am happy I got these teachers this year because they do fun things like building and launching rockets, making a blog, and lots more. If we behave, that is. Well, let’s get down to business. I am 10 and I like to play baseball. I play for Saticoy Little League. My favorite color is blue because it is the color of the Dodgers and the Yankees. I also like football and next year I want to sign up for the Ventura Packers. Another of my hobbies is making stop-motion animation videos using Digital Blue technology. I also would like to learn how to make stop motion animation movies using a digital camera. I need to tell you about my family. My family is me,Fiona,Karin and Nacho. I also have 3 pets: a Betta fish named Joey,a Hamster named Trixie and a Chihuahua named Rico. I have two good friends their names are Evan and Joshua. Joshua goes to Blanche Reynolds school but we have known each other since we were born. I need to work on math because I am still learning how to do long division. I like to play Timez Attack and I probably will e-mail the Big Brains company to suggest a similar long division game. My favorite subjects are reading and P.E. Some of my favorite things to read are: the Percy Jackson series, the Harry Potter series and the Diary of a Wimpy Kid series. I just finished Boom by Mark Haddon. It is a sci-fi book and, even though it started out weird, I liked it a lot. My favorite P.E. games are two-hand touch when we're allowed to (never) and baseball (which we're allowed to). So far I am having a good start in 5 th grade. Last year I had a really bumpy start, but I don't really want to tell you about that. Hopefully, this year is going to be different. In the future I see myself as a baseball player. But I have to be good. That is why I play in Little League so I can improve my skills. I might also want to play football professionally in the NFL. One of my academic goals is to go to Notre Dame University or UCLA to go to medical school. If I don't play in the NFL or MLB I want to be a surgeon and replace people's knees with metal knees like my Uncle Hank had done. That’s why I work hard so I can aply for a scholarship. One of my personal goals is to be better than Mark Teixera but that will be very hard. Now you know about me. See you at school.
